Who We Are
Open Door Pregnancy Center provides compassionate support and guidance to women and families experiencing unexpected or unsupported pregnancies across Gilmer, Pittsburg, Mt. Pleasant, Winnsboro, Longview, Kilgore, and Tyler. We create a Christ-centered, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can receive truthful and medically accurate information. Our holistic approach empowers men and women to make healthy, informed decisions for themselves and their unborn children. No matter the circumstances, our team equips clients with the care, encouragement, and practical resources they need to move forward with hope and confidence.
Years of Operation
The Gilmer center opened in 2017, followed by the Pittsburg center in 2023, expanding our ability to provide trusted care across East Texas. Since our founding, we have been dedicated to supporting families with education, practical assistance, and compassionate guidance.
Medical Oversight
Our centers operate under professional medical direction, ensuring the highest standards of care. In addition, all staff and most volunteers are Certified Life Coaches, trained to provide guidance, encouragement, and counseling for every client.
Cost of Services
Open Door Pregnancy Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported by generous donors and the community, allowing us to provide all services completely free. This includes pregnancy testing, consultations, practical support, and educational resources. Our commitment is to remove financial barriers so that every individual can access the care and guidance they need.
